Job summary

Podium is seeking a Customer Success Manager - SMB in Melbourne to onbaord and drive ongoing success for SMB clients, coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to meet customer needs and reduce churn.

You will cultivate multi-stakeholder relationships, balance customer-centric strategies with strong multitasking, and grow with a fast-growing local tech company that values impact and execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CX/CS experience managing a customer portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
• Account management skills to identify at‑risk customers and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Onboard multi-location clients and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain a portfolio to maximise product usage and reduce retention risk.
• Build relationships within your portfolio to understand needs and offer value-based solutions.
• Manage onboarding cohorts and meet key milestones within timeframes.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team for transparency across the portfolio.
• Serve as a product expert for setup requirements to drive outcomes.
