Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in retail/healthcare or sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.
- Good organisational and administrative abilities.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients seeking sleep therapy.
- Assist with CPAP titration and equipment guidance.
- Educate patients and families on sleep disorders and treatments.
- Collaborate with clinicians to tailor treatment plans.
- Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilisation.
- Support ongoing patient follow-ups and service needs.
