Job summary

CardioScan in Camberwell, VIC, is seeking a Clinical Administrator (Sleep Services) to support end-to-end administration of sleep studies from referral through clinical review. The role is hybrid-based, with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements, including a 6-month contract.

You will work closely with clinicians, healthcare providers and customers, manage referrals, assist with Medicare claiming, and ensure studies are prepared accurately and on time.

Role: Clinical Administrator (Sleep Services)
Location: Camberwell, VIC (Head Office), Hybrid
Employment Type: PT (Minimum 30 hours per week) to full-time | 6-Month Contract

The Role

As a Clinical Administrator within our Sleep Services team, you'll support the end-to-end administration of sleep studies, from referral through to clinical review. Working closely with clinicians, healthcare providers and customers, you'll manage referrals, process patient information, support Medicare claiming activities and help ensure studies are prepared accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working across multiple systems and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
