Job summary

Sleepy’s is seeking a suitably experienced Sales Consultant for our Toowoomba store on a casual basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers with a hands-on selling approach and help grow profitability through excellent service.

This role requires a proactive salesperson who thrives on reaching targets and delivering a great in-store experience. You will work across sales, networking, and team collaboration, handling occasional admin and stock duties.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales—retail and other industries welcome.
• A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales.
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets.
• Building rapport and effective relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• General admin, stock and operational duties.
• Available to work a rotational roster with full 7-day availability.
