Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail beauty team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent skincare and makeup consultation skills.
• Strong stock & merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal setting.
• Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophy.
• Build strong client relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling.
• Ensure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standards.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellence.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviews.
• Collaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiatives.
• Uphold Clinique’s values of care, inclusivity, and science-led beauty, ensuring every customer leaves with a confident experience.
