Flehan Skips in Adelaide is seeking a reliable Skip Bin Driver to safely deliver and collect bins across the Adelaide metropolitan area. You will work in a casual temporary associate role, handling multi-delivery runs with attention to safety and customer service.

The role requires a current MR licence (HR licence highly regarded) and previous skip bin driving experience is preferred. A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for daily operations and on-time service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect skip bins across Adelaide metro areas.

• Complete deliveries and collections safely, on time and professionally.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and pre-start inspections.
• Report maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with road transport and WHS requirements.
• Provide professional customer service on-site.
• Represent Flehan Skips in a positive manner at all times.

Flehan Skips is a family-owned and operated skip bin hire business based in Burton, South Australia. We service Adelaide and surrounding areas, providing reliable skip bin delivery and waste removal services to residential, commercial and construction customers.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable and experiencedMR or HR Skip Bin Driverto join our operations team.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, understands the demands of multi-drop deliveries, and can be trusted to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Skip Bin Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of skip bins across the Adelaide metropolitan area.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong time management, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and collecting skip bins across Adelaide metro areas
• Safely loading, placing and retrieving skip bins from residential, commercial and construction sites
• Managing daily runs efficiently to meet customer requirements
• Maintaining communication with the allocations team throughout the day
• Completing all deliveries and collections safely, professionally and on time
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and pre-start inspections
• Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly
• Ensuring compliance with road transport, load restraint andWHS requirements
• Providing professional and courteous customer service on-site
• Representing Flehan Skips in a positive and professional manner at all times

About You

• We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated and takes ownership of their work. You understand the importance of turning up on time, looking after your vehicle, and delivering a high level of service to every customer.
• Current MR licence (HR licence highly regarded)
• Previous skip bin driving experience preferred
• Experience operating hook lift, or similar waste transport equipment highly regarded
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle operation and road safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule
• Good knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan roads and suburbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven reliability, punctuality and attendance record
• Strong commitment to safety and vehicle care
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
