Job summary

Austal is seeking skilled Welders to join our defence and commercial shipbuilding teams in Western Australia. You will perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and FCAW welding and related fabrication tasks to high standards, reading drawings and adhering to safety and quality requirements.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity, continuous improvement, and adherence to HSE standards. A White Card and strong time-management skills are essential, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG, TIG, Stick or FCAW welding.
• Must hold White Card.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Possess good time management and meet supervisor targets.
• Work to strict codes and tolerances.
• Commit to HSE standards and safety culture.
