Job summary

Paintstaff is seeking qualified painters to join our long-running residential/commercial painting business. Based in Brisbane, with work across the Brisbane & Gold Coast region, you must be willing to travel between sites as required.

We offer competitive wages, essential tools provided, and a supportive team environment. Full-time or casual roles available, with 40+ hours per week and yearly wage increases for performance.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights or a valid work visa is essential.
• Minimum 5 years painting trade experience essential.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, individually and in a team.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Current White Card is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial/residential painting services (brush, roller & spray work).
• Producing high-quality finishing with every job.
• Taping & masking to ensure clean paint application.
• Ensuring project sites are left in a clean & tidy condition.
• Liaising with onsite clients & delivering excellent customer service.
• Adhering to onsite OH&S procedures.
