Job summary

Home Crew AU pty ltd in Bentleigh VIC is seeking an all-round maintenance person/advanced handyman. The role involves carpentry, general maintenance, and renovation work across a Bayside client base, with travel within a 30–35 km radius as needed.

Responsibilities include repairs (timber, plasterboard, gates, fences), odd jobs (hanging mirrors/TVs), painting and full or partial renovations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, own tools, a valid licence, and ABN status for contractor

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry and general maintenance experience
• Own full set of tools
• Have a working vehicle (van or ute)
• Current Drivers Licence and right to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Repairs across rotten timber, plasterboard, gates, fences and related structures
• Hang mirrors/TVs, photos and door hardware
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and metalwork; rust prevention
• Renovations including bathroom, kitchen, laundry and room re-modelling

All-Rounded Maintenance Person, Advanced Handyman

We are a Home Improvement and Maintenance growing business with a diverse range of clients.

Being located in Bentleigh VIC we cover Bayside area and travel to the customer if required (within radius of 30 - 35 km).

We are looking for confident all-rounder carpenter/handyman with wide range of highly developed skills in maintenance and renovation works.

Our standard works are:

- Repairs: All Types of Rotten Timber Repairs, Plasterboard Works, Gates, Fences, etc...

- Odd jobs: Hanging Mirrors, TV, Pictures; Lock Repairs or Replacement, etc...

- Painting: Home Interior and Exterior, Metal Painting, Anti-Rust Treatment, Driveways, etc...

- Renovations: Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry, Re-Modelling, Room Conversions, etc...

To be considered for this position you will possess the following:

- Highly skilled and experienced with works mentioned above

- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry and general maintenance work

- Own full set of tools

- Working car: Van or Ute

- Current Drivers Licence

- Right to work in Australia

- Willing to work as an independent contractor with full-time stream of works

- Hold either individual or company ABN for contractor arrangements

- $500+ daily average for skilled tradesman: performance based model, not a payroll
