Job summary

Martin Brothers is seeking an experienced landscaper to join our crew delivering residential and commercial projects across Brisbane. You’ll be hands-on daily—setout, planting, paving and turfing—learning from tradespeople who take pride in the finish.

We offer tools and PPE, progression paths, and a fully funded training budget for apprenticeships and role-relevant tickets. A$30 per hour plus super, with a supportive team and steady work across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial landscape construction experience.
• Current driver's licence; White Card preferred.
• Physically fit for outdoor manual work.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork; willing to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Carry out landscape construction tasks to spec.
• Work as part of a small on-site crew.
• Follow site safety and quality procedures.
• Support setout, planting, paving and turfing works.
