Job summary

Select People / Apprentice Recruit in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on landscape construction team member for a full-time role delivering outdoor spaces across South East Queensland.

You will assist skilled tradespeople across retaining walls, decks, paving, and planting, with a focus on safety and high-quality standards. A White Card is essential; Cert III in Landscape Construction is highly regarded but not essential, with clear opportunities for progression within an award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction or related trade.
• Confidence with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn.
• Manual driver's licence and reliable transport.
• White Card (essential).
• Cert III in Landscape Construction highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction of retaining walls, decks, garden edges, and fencing (timber, steel, block & concrete).
• Assist with drainage, paving, concreting, and structural installations.
• Support planting, turfing, mulching, and softscape finishes.
• Site prep, material coordination, and general trade support.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work hands-on across structural and softscape construction, assisting skilled tradespeople and helping deliver exceptional results, including:
