Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a reliable General Labourer/Trade Assistant for ongoing casual work across commercial landscaping, construction, warehouses and shopfitting projects. Immediate start with consistent shifts and potential permanent positions after proving yourself on site.

You'll perform site prep, material handling, wheelbarrowing, digging, and assist qualified tradespeople. Requires 12 months' experience, White Card, valid licence and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs, shopfitting and more.
• Site prep and clean-up; wheelbarrowing; digging and trenching; lifting and carrying.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties.
