Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our casual workforce across multiple sites in NSW. You will perform site prep, material movement, trenching, and assist qualified tradespeople, with a strong safety focus and reliability.

Immediate start for suitable applicants. Earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance, with typical weekly earnings around $1,400+.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
