Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in Victoria. Earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance, with weekly pay and immediate start.

You’ll perform site prep, material handling, digging, wheelbarrowing and assisting qualified tradespeople. Minimum 12 months’ experience, Construction White Card and a valid driver licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence with reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
