Job summary

Chris Warren Homes in Rockhampton region is seeking a reliable Labourer/Maintenance Person to join our team. This full-time role covers residential construction and property maintenance, performing general labouring, building tasks and upkeep to a high standard.

You will work with a small, supportive crew, follow safety procedures, operate hand and power tools, and help with site clean-up. A White Card and a valid driver's license are required, with a company vehicle provided during work hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as labourer or maintenance assistant.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Current driver’s license.
• Physically fit for manual work.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
