Job summary

Atom Resources seeks skilled labourers for high-end residential new builds and renovations in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Earn 35-40 AUD per hour, with super and travel allowance based on experience and work type.

role is casual/temporary with a Monday to Friday 7am–3:30pm roster and potential overtime + Saturdays. You will work alongside experienced trades on architecturally designed homes, in well-run sites with a consistent pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience on high-end residential construction.
• Hold a White Card.
• Reliable transport and good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete general labouring tasks on high-end residential sites.
• Assist trades and builders with day-to-day activities.
• Load, unload and move materials on site.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.

Join Atom Resources on high-end residential new builds and renovations across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Earn $35-$40 per hour, based on experience and the type of work being undertaken.

Work on architecturally designed homes alongside experienced trades and builders, with a consistent pipeline of work.

Employment type:Temporary | Hours:Casual| Roster: Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30pm with potential for overtime + Saturdays.

Pay basis: $35-$40 per hour + super + travel allowance| Location: Eastern Suburbs, NSW|

Duties

• Complete general labouring tasks across high-end residential construction sites.
• Assist trades and builders with day-to-day construction activities.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Load, unload and move materials around site.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas.
• Assist with general construction, preparation and finishing tasks as required.
• Follow site instructions and work safely and efficiently across residential projects.

Skills & experience

• Have a minimum of1 years' experience working on high-end residential construction projects.
• Have experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be comfortable completing a range of general labouring tasks.
• Take pride in your work, with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Be reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck into whatever is required on site.
• Hold a White Card and have reliable transport.

Work rights: Full working rights would be required, working holiday visa's will also be accepted.
