Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced Sites Group Manager to lead a team of Site Managers and Supervisors across major automation projects. You will coach, mentor and develop the group, ensuring high performance, safety and project delivery standards.

Based on the road network across Australia, this hands-on leadership role requires regular site presence and travel to support installation planning, estimates and site reviews while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or experience in construction, trades, site management or an engineering discipline.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Sound track record in managing site installation and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Site Managers and Site Supervisors to drive high performance.
• Maintain regular check-ins, provide feedback, coaching and mentorship.
• Recruit and develop site talent; support succession planning.
• Travel frequently to project sites to understand challenges and provide guidance.
• Provide site expertise for installation planning, project estimates and reviews.
• Drive improvements to site processes and safety culture.
