Dematic Pty. Ltd. (Ild-Aus) is seeking an experienced Sites Group Manager to lead Site Managers and Site Supervisors on major automation projects. You will mentor the team, drive safety and quality, and maintain a strong leadership presence on site while travelling to project locations.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building capability, overseeing execution, and collaborating with engineering, safety and project teams to achieve consistent standards and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a multi-site environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and performance.
• Experience coaching and developing site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Site Managers and Site Supervisors, setting clear expectations and driving high performance
• Maintain regular check-ins with your team, providing ongoing feedback and support
• Recruit and develop site talent, building capability and supporting succession
• Travel frequently to project sites to support your team and ensure leadership presence
• Provide site expertise to support installation planning, project estimates, proposals and site reviews
• Drive improvements to site processes, procedures and ways of working
• Champion a strong safety culture, accountability and continuous improvement across the Sites Group
