Job description
Overview

Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) – WA’s biggest fibreglass pool manufacturer and one of Australia’s most trusted backyard brands. We’re after a Site Supervisor who knows their way around a shovel and a schedule — someone who can keep cool on-site, motivate a team, and still have a laugh in hi-vis.

Salary: $80–$85K $80–$85K + Bonus; Vehicle, Phone & iPad Provided

What’s the gig?

We’re ALT – WA’s biggest fibreglass pool manufacturer and one of Australia’s most trusted backyard brands. We’re after a Site Supervisor who can lead pool install crews, juggle subbies, smooth out site hiccups, and ensure every handover ends with a happy customer.

What you’ll actually be doing:
  • Checking out sites before we dig
  • Coordinating teams and subcontractors
  • Solving problems mid-job like a legend
  • Keeping customers calm when their retic line mysteriously disappears
  • Jumping in on the tools when needed
  • Submitting reports, variations and site notes digitally
  • Coaching new team members (and reminding everyone where their PPE is)
  • Making sure safety, quality and ALT standards are never negotiable
What you need to bring:
  • WA Driver’s Licence + White Card
  • Experience in construction, landscaping or pool installs
  • Ability to read site plans and run the show on-site
  • Confidence using an iPad
  • Patience, humour, and pride in a job done properly
  • Extra points if you have First Aid, TM tickets or worked with councils – but attitude wins.
Who you really are:
  • A practical doer who still loves a good checklist
  • Calm in chaos, friendly under pressure
  • Someone who earns respect
  • Tough when needed, but never a tool
  • Not afraid to call out safety issues or help lift a shell when needed
A quick word on diversity

We’re not fussed about postcode, pronouns, passport or past — if you’ve got the right attitude, ALT welcomes you. We’re all about fairness, opportunity, and backing good humans to grow.

The sweeteners
  • $80K–$85K salary + bonuses
  • Massive manufacturing footprint, stable pipeline of installs
  • Chill, hard-working team who’ve got your back
  • The kind of role you’ll point at from the highway and say, “I built that.”
Ready to roll?

Hit apply. We’ll bring the pool shells — you bring the calm, capable chaos-wrangler energy.
