• Industry relevant trade qualification.

• Experience with mid to top-tier builders and complex projects.
• Confident and collaborative communicator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and trade packages; oversee delivery of structure, services and finishes.
• Develop short- and medium-range construction programs.
• Lead quality control and site safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams.
