• Industry relevant trade qualification.

• Mid – top tier builder/contractor/project experience.
• Confident & collaborative communicator.

Responsibilities

• Multiple subcontractors & trade package coordination & delivery; structure, services & finishes.
• Short and medium range construction program development.
• Quality control and site safety leadership.
• Collaborative communication with engineer and commercial teams.
• Understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals.
