Rogers Construction Group in Sydney CBD seeks a Site Supervisor for Minor Works to manage multiple small projects across the Greater Sydney area. You will coordinate trades, supervise on-site activities, and ensure work is completed on program and to a high standard on live sites.

This role requires a carpentry or similar trade background, strong communication, the NSW White Card, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain site checks.

Qualificações

• Trade background (carpentry or similar) with experience supervising commercial or refurbishment works.
• Comfortable juggling several small jobs a day on live sites.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner on occupied sites.
• Sharp eye for quality and finish.
• Ability to report via phone or tablet with photos.
• Current NSW White Card and full driver’s licence.
• Able to obtain site-specific checks (e.g., NSW Working With Children Check or National Police Check).
• Nice to have: experience on live, occupied sites; first aid certificate; living near Greater Sydney.

• Getting on the tools for small tasks when needed to keep things moving.

Site Supervisor, Minor Works | Greater Sydney | Permanent Full Time

Rogers Construction Group (RCG) is a privately owned Sydney-based commercial construction company delivering projects across NSW, VIC, SA & QLD with offices in Bella Vista, Wollongong, Melbourne and has recently expanded into Adelaide.

We specialise in Education, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Social and Government Housing, Government, Industrial, Corporate and Retail projects up to $20m. The role

You’ll be the face of RCG on site across the Greater Sydney region. You’ll run multiple Minor Works jobs each day and work closely with our Project Managers to keep every job on program, finished to a high standard and leaving clients happy.

Many of our jobs happen in live, occupied sites where people are still working, living or learning, so the job is as much about people as it is about building.

The role is generally Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work when a job requires it.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising multiple Minor Works jobs a day across Greater Sydney
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and deliveries, working from drawings, scopes and specifications
• Keeping jobs on program and flagging delays or risks to the PM early
• Inspecting work as it progresses and at completion, closing out defects and preparing sites for handover
• Being the day-to-day site contact for clients, facility managers and building occupants
• Planning noise, access and disruption around how each site operates
• Running safe sites through inductions, SWMS reviews, toolbox talks and signage
• Following site-specific safety and access requirements
• Posting daily updates in our job management system and keeping site diaries current
• Getting on the tools for small jobs when needed to keep things moving

About you

You stay calm when priorities change mid-morning and you know how to talk to a tradie, a facility manager and a client in the same hour. You take ownership of your jobs, follow the process and want to grow with a business that will invest in you.

• Living in or near Greater Sydney
