Fuse Recruitment has partnered with a Queensland civil contractor to recruit a Site Supervisor to oversee multiple retaining wall projects across South East Queensland. The role is hands-on and focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordinating crews and subcontractors and reviewing drawings.

Based in Narangba, the role operates Monday to Friday on-site, with opportunities to progress into senior roles as the company continues to win work across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor in civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
• Strong leadership and coordination of multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple retaining wall installation projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities and construction programmes.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Review civil and structural drawings before and during construction.
• Monitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections.
• Coordinate plant, equipment and material deliveries across projects.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports using Procore.
• Conduct regular site inspections and participate in weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure sites remaining organized, compliant and ready for handover.
• Assist with hands-on site activities and machinery operation when required.
