Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to support the Australian Open 2027 build and event execution in Melbourne. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and oversee construction zones during bump-in, bump-out, and the tournament itself.

The role requires major event experience, contractor management, and excellent communication. A valid Construction Induction Card is compulsory, with a Victorian driver’s license and forklift license desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale events, overlay and operations.
• Contractor management experience is desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think quickly, be agile, proactive, and problem-solve on site.
• Valid Construction Induction Card (or state equivalent) is compulsory.
