Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a global chemical manufacturing site in Victoria to recruit a Site Supervisor. You will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive safety, performance improvements and coordinate production activities to meet customer and business requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, minimum seven years in manufacturing, strong SAP production management experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a high-standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading production teams and driving output.
• Strong SAP production management experience.
• Knowledge of EHS, quality and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
