Select Plant Australia is seeking an experienced Site Solutions Supervisor to coordinate delivery, installation, relocation and maintenance of portable buildings and site infrastructure across construction, mining and infrastructure projects in WA. You will lead installation crews, subcontractors and transport providers, ensuring safety and compliance with client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising the installation, relocation, and maintenance of portable buildings/site accommodation.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and transport logistics within construction/mining/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry highly desirable; recognised qualifications for site work.
• Safery leadership and compliance with client/mine-site procedures.

About the Role/Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Solutions Supervisor to join our high-performing Select Plant Australia team based in Malaga, WA.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and supervise the delivery, installation, relocation, maintenance, and demobilisation of portable buildings and site accommodation infrastructure, including offices, crib rooms, amenities, workshops, and associated site services across construction, mining, and infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for managing installation crews, subcontractors, transport providers, and supply chain activities while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications, engineering requirements, and site standards. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects across metropolitan and remote locations.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Demonstrated experience supervising the installation, relocation, and maintenance of portable buildings, site accommodation, modular structures, or similar construction-based projects.
• Previous experience coordinating subcontractors, transport logistics, and site-based workforces within the construction, mining, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
• A strong understanding of site establishment requirements, including offices, crib facilities, amenities, services connections, and compliance obligations.
• A commitment to safety leadership and the ability to work effectively within client and mine-site operating procedures.
• Well-developed planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• A trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent) is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
• Relevant site-based certifications, including Construction White Card and a current driver's licence.
