Job summary

Tomingley Gold Operations is seeking a Site Services Operator for our Open Cut Mining team. The role involves civil and earthworks, dewatering, and site infrastructure projects, operating surface mobile equipment and maintaining mine-site facilities.

Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you will deliver safe and efficient site services, meet productivity targets, and support rehabilitation and drainage work. A valid MR licence is valued and Senior First Aid is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating surface mobile equipment on civil earthworks or mining sites.
• Ability to undertake civil works, earthworks and site maintenance.
• Current driver's licence; MR licence highly regarded; Senior First Aid Certificate.

Site Services Operator – Open Cut Mining

Tomingley Gold Operations is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Site Services Operator to join our Open Cut Mining team.

The Role:

This is a hands-on role undertaking civil and earthworks, dewatering and site infrastructure projects that support our ongoing mining operations. Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out site services activities, operating mobile equipment and maintaining surface infrastructure across the mine site.

Your duties will include rehabilitation work, road and drainage maintenance, stockpile profiling, tip head and waste management, infrastructure development and surface water management.

Responsibilities of the role:

Complete allocated civil works, earthworks and site services activities safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Maintain surface infrastructure, roads, drainage systems and operational areas to support safe and effective site operations.

Operate and maintain mobile equipment in accordance with site procedures, operating standards and manufacturer requirements.

Achieve agreed work priorities and productivity targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Support the construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of surface facilities and infrastructure.

What we require from you:

Demonstrated experience and competency operating relevant surface mobile equipment, such as excavators, dozers, graders, water carts, trucks and pumps.

Experience undertaking civil works, earthworks and general site maintenance.

A current driver's licence, with an MR licence highly regarded.

A Senior First Aid Certificate.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational priorities.

A willingness to undertake further training and develop competency across different equipment types and site activities.
