Job summary

Winslow Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer to support a diverse civil infrastructure portfolio across Australia. The role involves working on roads, bridges, rail, energy and landfill projects with opportunities for travel and FIFO arrangements.

You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate project planning, manage client relationships, and monitor subcontractor performance while tracking costs and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, preferably Civil.
• Operational experience in civil infrastructure.
• Experience working with authorities (local councils, highway authorities).
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on deliverables.
• Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.
• Plan and program project activities.
• Liaise and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors vs estimates.
• Report and mitigate performance issues.
• Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Procure plant, equipment and material.
• Issue PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.

Your key role responsibilities would be:

• Assisting the Project Manager
