Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Site & Operations Manager to lead the Sale Community Mental Health team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on operational leadership, workforce management, and service delivery across multidisciplinary teams to achieve recovery‑oriented, consumer-centred care.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and management experience within community mental health or related healthcare.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex service delivery.
• Proven capability in stakeholder engagement and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Community Mental Health Services across the Sale region.
• Provide workforce planning, rostering, performance development, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads to support governance, quality improvement, and service delivery.
