Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to lead planning and execution of asset maintenance projects, ensuring shutdowns and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Working across welding, mechanical fitting, scaffolding, protective coatings, cladding, NDT, and other maintenance disciplines, you will coordinate resources, supervise site operations, and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in SMP scopes.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
• Strong leadership and supervision management capability.
• Ability to interpret schedules and execute work to plan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all SRG Global activities are aligned with the client’s requirements and critical path
• Participate in site planning meetings with the client to ensure alignment
• Determine labour requirements based on confirmed scope and client timelines
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
