Job summary

SRG Global, Perth-based, is seeking an experienced SMP Superintendent to lead structural, mechanical and piping scopes across shutdowns and maintenance. You will guide projects from planning to close-out, building capable crews and delivering safe, efficient, and commercially successful outcomes on site.

You will coordinate supervisors, tradespeople and contractors, support mobilisation and scheduling, and maintain strong client relationships while driving performance and safety on the project.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with extensive knowledge of structural, mechanical and piping works.
• Minimum five years' experience in a Superintendent or senior supervisory role within shutdowns, maintenance or projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary crews with strong commercial, planning and client management skills.
• Section 44 Certificate, current Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates and a manual Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient delivery of SMP shutdown and maintenance scopes.
• Coordinate supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, plant, materials and equipment.
• Support project planning, mobilisation, scheduling and resource requirements.
• Monitor performance, provide leadership to site teams and maintain strong client relationships.
