Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations for premium commercial fit-out and new-build projects. You will coordinate trades, manage programmes and drive successful delivery from start to handover, ensuring safety and quality across the works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience delivering projects in the $10M–$40M range.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across premium commercial fit-out and new-build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources.
• Manage construction sequencing, programmes and key milestones.
• Maintain WHS, quality assurance and compliance on site.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Oversee inspections, defect rectification and final handover.
