Adbri Masonry is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Pooraka manufacturing site. This hands‑on role covers production, maintenance, logistics, safety, quality, people and cost, with a focus on reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You'll oversee the Pooraka operation, working with Site Supervisors and the broader Masonry team to drive strong operational outcomes and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing site operations and multi‑discipline teams.
• Strong safety leadership, compliance and operational discipline track record.
• Ability to interpret production metrics, costs and performance data.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation across production, maintenance, logistics and quality.
• Set production priorities; ensure safe, efficient and planned delivery.
• Lead production planning, forecasting, resourcing and inventory needs.
• Drive plant reliability, reduce downtime and improve cycle times.
• Oversee site logistics including forklift operations and yard movements.
• Ensure products meet quality specs and customer requirements.
• Manage site costs, variances and performance against budget.
• Foster a strong safety culture with hazard reporting and PPE compliance.
• Lead and develop multiple teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, sustainability and cost.
• Collaborate with Performance Improvement to standardise processes.
• Identify equipment and process improvement opportunities for investment.
