Job summary

Adbri Masonry on the Gold Coast is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced project site manager to lead site projects, providing supply, design, and installation for our masonry products. Based at Stapylton Masonry plant, you will manage day-to-day site operations, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure client expectations and contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in project site management.
• Experience in landscaping, masonry or construction.
• Understanding of landscape products and installation methods.
• Ability to work autonomously within a geographically diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial on-site checks prior to project commencement.
• Day to day management of projects including liaising with subcontractors and management of material delivery and costs.
• Maintain solid working relationships with clients.
• Carry out Quoting and Estimating.
• Ensure product is supplied and/or installed to meet clients’ expectations.
• Source and qualify local subcontractors to support the installation component of our projects.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with all site and company safety requirements.
• Deliver training to subcontractors to improve product knowledge, construction best practice principles and safety standards.
• Promote sales of and offer technical support for Adbri Masonry products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
