Job summary

HealthShare NSW seeks a Site Manager to lead Food, Cleaning and Back of House Services at Maitland Hospital. This on-site leadership role oversees daily operations, drives service excellence and ensures NSW Health standards across sites.

About the opportunity

As the Site Manager, you will provide strong operational leadership across the delivery of Food, Cleaning and Back of House Services to HealthShare NSW customers across multiple sites.

Based at Maitland Hospital, this is a hands-on, site-based leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day operations, support high-quality service delivery and lead teams to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction and compliance with NSW Health standards.

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at Maitland Hospital and travel across relevant sites as required.
