Job summary

CV Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of substations and electrical infrastructure across South-East Queensland. You will manage safe, on-time completion and high-quality standards.

Ideal candidate will have proven track record delivering substations, utility infrastructure, or major electrical construction works, with strong leadership of subcontractors and multi-discipline teams. White Card and driver's licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering electrical infrastructure or substations.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and on-site teams.
• HV/LV installation and testing familiarity.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• White Card and valid driver\'s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple electrical projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery partners.
• Drive safety culture and ensure HSEQ compliance.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee cable installation and energisation readiness.
• Develop weekly/fortnightly construction programs and look-ahead plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage QA, inspections, testing docs, and defect closure.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, plant, and site logistics.
• Support project reporting and stakeholder communication.
