CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Sydney-based projects in Windsor region. You will take ownership of site operations, lead subcontractors and drive safety, programme and client outcomes to successful completion.

The role requires a carpentry trade qualification and a track record delivering commercial projects valued at $20M+. Rotating Saturday work and a strong leadership team support long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Carpentry trade qualification is essential.

• Strong understanding of WHS, QA and project delivery.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

The Role

Due to continued project wins, an experienced Site Manager is sought to deliver either a commercial heritage refurbishment worth $40M - CBD based or commercial project at a racing club in the Windsor region – 15M. Reporting to an experienced Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all site operations, leading subcontractors and driving safety, programme, quality and client outcomes through to successful project completion. Rotating Saturday work may be required depending on project milestones.
