Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage people welfare including onboarding and retention.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and timesheet management.
• Mobilize workers under the PLS scheme.
• Transport employees to clinics if necessary.
• Prepare reports for VEVO checks.
• Manage clients and employee attendance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client\'s locations, Wingham.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention


• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management


• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation


• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident


• Reports for VEVO checks


• Management of clients and employees


• Attendance management

What You Will Need

• Have experience managing people and teams


• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
