Beon Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Melbourne-based utilities and infrastructure team. The role covers managing site-based construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on a 12-month maximum-term contract with strong extension prospects.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing Utilities and infrastructure team, based out of our Melbourne CBD head office on an initial 12-month maximum-term contract, with a strong opportunity for extension and potential permanency.
Reporting to the Construction Management team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of site-based construction projects for Beon Energy Solutions, ensuring key safety, quality, schedule, and commercial outcomes are achieved.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering construction projects in a site-based environment, together with strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, communication, and project coordination skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to major infrastructure projects across Melbourne and beyond.
