Job summary

Complete Project Services is seeking experienced Site Installer/Joiner/Labourer to lead finish works on commercial projects around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The role focuses on joinery, carpentry, shopfitting, and coordinating on-site delivery of refurbishment and construction tasks.

Candidates should have background in carpentry or building trades, strong time management, attention to detail, and a current driver’s license. Travel to sites is required; office location is Arundel, QLD.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery or carpentry for commercial fitout and refurbishment.
• Ability to read and work from plans and drawings.
• Supervision of subcontractor trades on site.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced hands-on, proactive, eye for detail Site Installer/Joiner/Labourer to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of our upcoming commercial and industrial projects. This is a pivotal role within our team.

Site Installation is an integral role of our business and requires an experienced tradesmen to join our team. A background in carpentry or the building trade to manage and deliver commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction projects is a must, primarily Brisbane and Gold Coast based.

Work hours are Monday to Friday.

You must demonstrate strong time management skills, accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Joinery/Carpentry skills
• Shopfitting knowledge
• Building works such as demo, building and sheeting walls, joinery, installing joinery, shopfront works, hanging doors, building fitting rooms, caulking etc
• Subcontractor trade supervision
• Machinery knowledge
• WH&S practices
• Experience working from plans and drawings
• Produce high quality finishes

• A current driver's licence, blue or white card and EWP accreditation

This role is based out of our Arundel factory,please only apply if this location is suitable to you and travel to sites is not an issue. This office cannot be accessed by public transport.
