Qualifications

• HSEQ management experience with safety, quality and environment.
• End-to-end quality audits experience.
• At least five years in an HSEQ role in manufacturing.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site HSEQ strategy and policies.
• Lead quality and safety audits and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Define key quality metrics and report to management.
• Collaborate with operations to improve systems and safety.
• Manage return-to-work programs and safety meetings.
