We’re seeking a skilled Site Foreman (Building) to lead site operations on upcoming commercial and institutional projects in Ipswich, Brisbane and surrounding SEQ areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• White Card; First Aid and relevant tickets desirable
• Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel across SEQ
• Must have own basic tools; hands-on site work

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily building site activities.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site labour.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, and suppliers.
• WHS compliance.
• Monitor site progress, maintain records, and report daily.
• Oversee plant, materials, and logistics.
• Engage in onsite trade work where required to keep work progressing

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Site Foreman (Building) to take charge of site operations on upcoming commercial and institutional building projects in Ipswich, Brisbane and surrounding SEQ areas.

This role is hands-on, and ideal for someone who leads from the front, works collaboratively, and is committed to maintaining high standards in delivery, safety, and team culture.
