Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a builder/developer to recruit a Site Foreman for a seven-storey development with two basement levels in Heidelberg. Working alongside a Site Manager and Project Manager on site, you will coordinate trades, monitor progress and help maintain safety and quality standards throughout construction.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on multi-storey construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and keeping works on programme.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
• Support the Site Manager with construction sequencing and short-term programming.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and trade access.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping and documentation.
• Identify issues early and work with the project team to resolve them.
• Assist with inspections, defect management and handover.
