Job summary

ATOM is a leading Australian supplier of industrial hardware, safety equipment and workwear. Our Mackay team is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Site Facilitator to join us on a hands-on basis.

Based out of our Mackay branch, you’ll work with ATOMic Services, warehouse and sales teams to deliver outstanding service across the region, replenishing vending machines, building site relationships and supporting installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory management or customer service roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Replenishing vending machines and maintaining inventory levels across customer sites.
• Building strong relationships with site contacts to ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of vending solutions on customer sites.
• Providing feedback and insights to Territory Managers regarding customer needs and inventory usage.
• Picking and packing stock to meet customer requirements.
• Maintaining safe work practices and high operational standards in line with ATOM's and clients' OH&S policies.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing ATOM professionally on site.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

ATOM is a leading Australian supplier of industrial hardware, safety equipment and workwear, with over 40 years of experience supporting Mining, Civil, Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering and Government industries.

Our Mackay team is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Site Facilitator to join us. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out on customer sites, managing inventory and vending solutions while building strong relationships with the people we support.

About the Role

Based out of our Mackay branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, this role works closely with our ATOMic Services team, warehouse team, internal sales team and territory managers to deliver outstanding service to our customers across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

Replenishing vending machines and maintaining inventory levels across customer sites

Building strong relationships with site contacts to ensure service levels are consistently met
