Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd in Maroochydore (QLD) is seeking a Site Engineer - East to support field engineering and construction control across the eastern delivery area. The role focuses on plan East work fronts, coordination of permits, surveys, RFIs, and progress measurement on major transport civils.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in civil, structural or construction engineering, 2-5 years of site engineering experience, and a current construction induction

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' site engineering experience on civil or transport infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural or construction engineering
• Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence
• Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies
• Contractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurement

Responsibilities

• Plan East work fronts covering earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavements, structures or public-realm works
• Coordinate permits, survey, temporary works, services investigations, materials and inspection points
• Manage RFIs and design clarifications and track their effect on sequence, quantities and subcontract scope
• Measure progress and productivity for weekly plans, forecasts and payment assessments
• Maintain site diaries, lot records, red-lines, survey data and completion evidence

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer - East to support field engineering and construction control across the eastern delivery area.

Key Responsibilities
