Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty in partnership with Downer is seeking expressions of interest for Site Engineers - Infrastructure, Trades & Works for January 2027 mobilisation across the Riverina region.

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) is delivering Defence infrastructure upgrades including AWMA, RBW and BBK. Join a major defence program with opportunities to contribute to civil, utilities and infrastructure packages.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure, civil, utilities or major construction projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers and work crews.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating subcontractors and site-based construction activities.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Managing RFIs, variations and technical queries.
• Monitoring progress against programme and delivery milestones.
• Supporting cost, quality and productivity outcomes.
• Coordinating inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
• Building strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Promoting and maintaining a strong Zero Harm safety culture.
