The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team. With your expertise, you will plan and schedule construction activities, monitor project progress and resolve problems on-site. Your strength lies in planning and coordinating resources including personnel (both internal and contractors), equipment and materials. You will also provide support on planning, budgeting & reporting activities and also maintain detailed knowledge of allocated contracts.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Coordinators, Supervisors and Field Crew. This role is based out of our Adelaide office in Cavan.

You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical), Construction Management or equivalent
  • From 2+ years previous experience in managing civil construction based projects on site
  • Exceptional technical skills and problem solving ability
  • Exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater and/or potable water networks is beneficial to the role but is not essential
