SEE Group is a certified 'Great Place to Work' and offers exciting career opportunities for Site Engineers to join our Urban Development team on projects across the Sunshine Coast region. We have recently acquired the civil infrastructure division of the renowned local Sunshine Coast business, Hall Contracting. As a result, we now have full-time opportunities for experienced Civil Engineers to contribute to Hall Civil and SEE Civil projects across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.

You will be responsible for advising on the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects. Your duties will include conducting quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting, ensuring health and safety compliance, and meeting project deadlines. You will foster a professional work environment that promotes positive communication and proactive problem-solving.

Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Background in Engineering, Construction, and Delivery processes with project delivery experience
  • Proven management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Excel and MS Project
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence others
