Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the delivery of diverse projects in Sydney across Residential, Education, Health and Community sectors. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, resolving design issues, and maintaining project schedules on-site in Sydney CBD NSW.

You will collaborate with project engineers, support quality and safety programs, and help ensure on-time completion while upholding high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
• Proven experience in mid to large scale building construction projects; structures through to fit out.
• Competent technical skills with the ability to problem solve, demonstrate initiative and collaborate.
• A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination and subcontractor management to help on-time completion and quality.

We are seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse project portfolio in Residential, Education, Health, and Community across Sydney.

Key responsibilities

Support project coordination and subcontractor management, supporting on-time completion and quality adherence

Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases

Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery

Assist in quality assurance and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to Project Engineers

Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

About you

Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
