Job summary

Duratec Limited offers a Northam-based project delivery role focused on asset integrity across a 12-month term. You will plan, coordinate works, equipment, and personnel while preparing QA/QC documentation and maintaining high HSECQ standards.

You will coordinate labour, suppliers and subcontractors, perform quantity take-offs, contribute to procurement, and provide engineering guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.
• White card is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate direct labour, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and project procurement.
• Provide technical/engineering advisory support.
• Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements.
• Maintain project sites, premises, plant and equipment.
• Facilitate regular project management meetings.

• Project located in Northam
• DIDO 5:2 roster
• 12 Month max term

THE ROLE

Support project delivery and onsite operations to ensure successful outcomes across a range of asset integrity projects

Along with planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, duties include:

• Compile and creating QA/QC documentation
• Coordinate direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Quantity take-offs
• Project procurement
• Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
• Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
• Maintain the project sites, premises, plant & equipment
• Facilitate regular project management meetings

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications and requirements

• Tertiary Engineering qualification in relevant discipline
• White card
• Drivers License

Working Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Understanding of engineering principles.
• Communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
• Sound reporting writing skills with the ability to write comprehensive reports
• Extensive project delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, cost control, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation and statutory approvals.
• Commercial understanding of contract and project cost control
